Elizabeth Owens is a research associate in the Life Sciences Divisionat Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL). She has been working at ORNL for thirty years. She was director of the Environmental Mutagen Information Center for about three years and worked in the Environmental Mutagen and Teratology group for John Wassom for 26 years. She received her degree in Zoology in 1975. Current work includes looking at protein interactions using the DivIVA assay.
