• Group Leader, Mammalian Genetics & Genomics

  The Life Sciences Division of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a Group Leader for Mammalian Genetics to develop and lead a program aimed at studying human diseases by

  1. integrating mammalian genetics, analytical technology development, computational biology, and bioinformatics and
  2. generating, mapping, and performing functional analyses of mouse genetic models.
  The position will also supervise ORNL's Mouse Genetics Research Facility (an official Department of Energy User Facility that includes the Russell Vivarium which is home to the Collaborative Cross) and will provide liaison with the University of Tennessee/ORNL Graduate School of Genome Science and Technology.
